With the resurgence of COVID-19 throughout the Tampa Bay area and the increase in COVID hospitalizations, St. Anthony’s Triathlon organizers have made the very difficult decision to cancel this year’s race weekend scheduled for Oct. 1-3. Please find details below on how to defer to the 2022 race, request a refund or donate your registration fee to the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation.
How do I defer to the 2022 St. Anthony’s Triathlon? Select the “Defer My Registration” choice below. The Triathlon team will then defer your registration for no fee if the selection is made by Oct. 1, 2021. Next year’s race weekend is set for April 29-May 1, 2022.
How do I request a refund? Complete the form below. After the selection period closes on Oct 1st, please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds will only be given to participants that paid for the 2020 and 2021 race. If you deferred from 2019 or previous years, you are only able to defer to 2022 or donate your registration fee.
How do I donate my entry fees? Complete the form below, and we will donate your entry fee to the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation. As a thank you for your generosity, we will give you a discount for the 2022 event and a gift from our merchandise store.
Will my current USA Triathlon (USAT) license or one-day license still be available for next year? USAT license purchases will not be refunded through RunSignup.com. USAT is not offering refunds for one-day licenses purchased through online registration. USAT will reach out to all participants who seek a deferral or registration refund with options available for your one-day or annual membership purchases. USAT will contact you through the email address that is listed on your RunSignup registration.
Thank you for your continued support of the St. Anthony’s Triathlon. If you have any questions or need additional information, please email us at Triathlon@BayCare.org.
I would like to defer my registration to 2022:
When you make this selection, the Triathlon team will defer your registration to 2022 FREE of charge. You will receive an email with directions to register for the 2022 St. Anthony’s Triathlon when registration opens. When registering for 2022, you will have a credit in your account for the amount you paid for registration including any add-ons (VIP Parking, VIP Tent, massage etc.).
The deadline to defer to next year’s event is Oct. 1, 2021.
I would like to donate my registration fees:
Your fees will be donated to the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation.
As a thank you for your generosity, we will give you a discount for the 2022 event and a gift from our merchandise store.
I would like to request a refund:
Refunds will be processed after the selection period is over. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.
If you purchased an add on, such as a parking pass, VIP tent, photos, etc., those fees will be included in your refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the RunSignup.com processing fees.
RunSignup is unable to process refunds on the purchase of USAT one-day and annual memberships. USAT will reach out to athletes through the email in your RunSignup account to provide options available to you.
