Registration/Deferral Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable. Through March 30, 2012, entries can be deferred to the 2013 event only, not beyond.  A $80 transfer fee applies at the time of registration for the 2013 event.

All deferrals from 2012 to 2013 are required to contact us via e-mail by March 30, 2012.  If you request a deferral and receive confirmation, you are will be placed on the 2012 deferral list will be issued a deferred entry for the 2013 event.  All deferrals from the 2012 to 2013 event, will be sent a registration code via mail at the end of October.

Online deferral registration period:  November 1st - November 18th.  Deferrals registrations will not be accepted beyond November 18th, 2012.
