Registration/Deferral Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable. Through April 1, 2011, entries can be deferred to the 2012 event only, not beyond. A $75 transfer fee applies at the time of registration for the 2012 event. All deferrals from 2010 to 2011 were required to contact us via e-mail by March 26, 2010. If you did not request a deferral and receive confirmation, you are not on the 2010 deferral list will not be issued a deferred entry for the 2011 event. All 2010 deferrals will be sent a registration code via mail at the end of October. Online deferral registration period: November 1st – November 30th. Deferrals registrations will not be accepted beyond November 30th, 2010.
